In 2008 we financed over £5 million worth of assets. The majority of business we underwrote in 2008 were cars, vans and trucks. Most of the cars we financed were for high net worth clients. Our average financed amount was around £40,000 per vehicle. We focus on customer service. The majority of our customers are recommended to us and we only advertise in a few select places. We have a fast growing number of vehicle dealers whom we arrange finance and GAP insurance for, all through our dealer services website. We speak to every customer individually and provide them all with an individual service where we try to minimise the amount of interest they pay on a finance deal or recommend some other options for them.
